Changes In Our Life

As you can see Mumsy is still after me with the flashy box. I guess as long as I am so cute she is going to keep on following me around with it.

She has something important to say so I am going to let her say it here.

Mumsy: I am going to ask you for prayers for my family and myself. There are two people very near and dear to me who in the last month has begun fighting that horrible cancer that has stolen so many loved ones not only from me but from you my dear friends as well.

My hubby’s dementia has escalated and it seems that taking care of him and my chores have quadrupled over the last few weeks. I am having to adjust to the changes in him right now and work into some kind of routine if possible.

I will post as I can but will make no promises as to how often that might be. Right now I am more or less living minute by minute.

Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We pray that 2015 will bring happiness, love, good health and all you need to live comfortably.

Pooh, Popsy and I very much enjoy your blogs and we thank you for all the visits to Pooh’s blog and for all the sweet comments you have left. We will be looking forward to visiting your blogs when we can.

Thank you for all the pretty Christmas cards.

You all will be in our thoughts and prayers. Hugs, purrs and nose kisses!

  1. Please accept my heartfelt prayers Maggie & Pooh…I did not realize Popsy was getting worse & I apologize for being out of the loop.
Life has changed for me also losing Nylablue & then 'fostering' Siddhartha who is now my adopted boy…there has been so much going on I have missed alot in the blog world & I feel awful.
I pray the people struggling with Cancer beat this awful disease!

  5. Dear Maggie, I'm so sorry about all the problems that dementia brings and I understand. I've been under the weather today after eating some food that wasn't fresh. it wouldn't bother most people but since my chemo, my immune system is not strong.

I went to take care of the calves anyway. I've had 21 new calves since November.

    We had a nice Christmas.

Happy New Year and I hope that God gives you extra strength to cope.
    Big Hugs sweet Maggie.
